What is the status of my order and how can I track it?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email for your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United-States, Canada, and many other countries around the world. Most orders are subject to additional shipping fees.

Domestic shipping is normally through UPS and then gets transferred to USPS for the final mile delivery in your city or town. We ship from our fulfillment center in Miami, and it can take between 4-7 business days to receive packages once they leave our facility. 

We offer shipping to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under. 

My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?

Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) when:

- Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address 

- The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or something was wrong 

- You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order

Under any of these circumstances, please contact our customer support team using the contact form. Please provide your best shipping address when you send your email so that we can arrange for a replacement if the items you ordered are still in stock.

How do I contact customer service?

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, or PayPal. 

Please note: If you choose to use PayPal, there are some restrictions with switching your payment method. If you want to switch to using a debit or credit card, you wouldn't be able to switch back to using PayPal. To go back to using PayPal, you would need to cancel your subscription, and wait until the 1st day of the following month to subscribe again with PayPal since it must be linked upon creation.
